REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at hello@dubcorganics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at hello@dubcorganics.com with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.
